Equipped with multiple exercise stations, they provide a green space for citizens that blends exercise with nature. Most of these fitness trails are nestled within country parks or loop around reservoirs, featuring various workout stations such as stretching bars, balance beams, and sit-up benches, allowing users to engage in full-body conditioning while walking or jogging. They serve not only as facilities promoting a healthy lifestyle but also as green havens for urbanites to unwind and escape everyday stress. They are currently managed by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD) and the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD), covering numerous locations across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. — Another key function of 【Fitness Trails】 is to foster community interaction and connection with nature. 🏟️ Indoor Jogging Tracks (Managed by LCSD)

Provided by the LCSD, these tracks are located inside sports centers and remain open year-round, completely unaffected by weather conditions.

  • Choi Wing Road Sports Centre – Features a track about 163 meters long alongside various ball courts.
  • Tiu Keng Leng Sports Centre – Features two tracks (125 meters and 150 meters) with an outdoor climbing wall and gardens.
  • Hong Kong Park Sports Centre – The only indoor jogging track on Hong Kong Island, measuring about 162 meters in length.
  • Sports Centre – The primary choice for residents in the North District of the New Territories.
