Lugard Waterfall 《I》

The name of Lugard Waterfall is derived from Lugard Road, a walking path that loops around the Peak, though the waterfall is actually located along instead of Lugard Road. Standing at a height of about 10 metres, the waterfall features clear streams cascading down the cliffside to form a beautiful, white ribbon-like cascade. Following summer rains, the water volume becomes significantly heavier, making the scenery even more spectacular and imposing. Besides being an excellent spot to appreciate natural beauty, Lugard Waterfall is also a prime location for capturing landscape photographs. The waterfall creates a harmonious composition with the surrounding vegetation and rock faces; beneath the sunlight, the glistening water droplets look just like countless embedded pearls.
