Built by the Hong Kong Housing Authority, the estate’s blocks rolled out in phases during the mid-to-late 1980s, primarily to meet the huge demand for housing in the Aberdeen and Ap Lei Chau areas at the time. Situated near the Aberdeen Promenade, some flats enjoy great views overlooking the Aberdeen Typhoon Shelter.
