So Lo Pun Village – Desolate Beauty | 01

Coming into the village, you can see multiple collapsed stone houses. Built with traditional blue bricks and granite, these structures reflect the typical look of a classic Hakka village from the old days. As villagers moved out one after another during the 1970s and 1980s, most of the roofs and structures fell into ruin due to a long-term lack of maintenance.
