Kuk Po: Kai Choy School and Hip Tin Temple

Founded in 1932, 《Kai Choy School》 was once a vital school for children from Village and neighboring areas. This two-storey Western-style arched building showcases how early 20th-century village architecture was influenced by Western styles (colonial style). 《Hip Tin Temple》 sits right next to the school (the entrance on the right side of the photo) and is dedicated to Kwan Tai (Guan Yu). This temple predates the school, serving not just as the spiritual hub for villagers but also as a town hall for discussing village affairs.
