Yuk Kwai Shan (Mount Johnston) features a neighboring peak to its west known as Fat Yeh Shan, which stands at 143 meters. Originally unnamed on official maps, it was colloquially named Mount Johnston (False Yuk Kwai Shan) because many hikers frequently mistook it for the actual Yuk Kwai Shan.
