It is held under the personal name of the casino tycoon Stanley Ho and is widely regarded as his personal symbol. Spanning an area of over 10,000 square feet, the mansion was completed in 1949 and features an unblocked ocean view and a private garden. This grand estate was acquired from a foreign expatriate for HK$700,000 in 1966 and has never changed hands since, remaining under ownership to this day with an estimated market value exceeding HK$1 billion.
