The Tsang Clan Ancestral Hall is also known as 《Sam Sing Tong》 (Hall of Three Reflections), a name derived from the famous quote by the philosopher Zengzi: “Every day I examine myself on three counts.” The ancestral hall originally served as a village school and was later expanded into the “Sam Sing School” to educate children from neighboring villages. When passing by that day, I saw residents offering sacrifices, and the ancestral hall looked as though its restoration had just been completed, looking exceptionally beautiful.
